Ordering

You may order from our website 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Your order processing time is based on our lead time plus shipping time to your area. You may also contact us via phone to place your order; however, please be advised that we are not always available by phone; so questions or comments about your order should be directed to our email and will be answered as quickly as possible, usually within a day. However, for your security, please note that we cannot accept orders or credit card numbers via email.

What Are Your Regular Business Hours?
Our regular business hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Orders taken on Friday will be processed the following Monday. (Please note, we are closed on Fridays from Memorial Day through Labor Day).

Payment Information

 

Credit Card
We accept Paypal, credit cards, and company checks (wholesale orders only).  ( First-time customers paying by company check must allow 7-10 business days for your check to clear our bank prior to processing.  When placing an order using a credit card, you will need your credit card billing address as well as the 3 digit  code  number on the back of the card.

 

Paypal 
PayPal uses your email address for payment verification. You can apply for a PayPal account at www.PayPal.com.


Personal Checks

We accept personal checks on phone-in and mail-in orders only.  Please allow 7-10 business days for your check to clear prior to processing.


 

COD
We do not accept cash-on-delivery payments.

Money Orders
You may only use money orders as a method of payment for phone orders. Money order payments must be received within 1 week.

 

Shipping & Delivery

Our preferred shipper is USPS. For larger and wholesale orders, you may also select UPS.  During checkout, select your preferred carrier and your shipping costs will be displayed before you finalize your order. Shipping costs are based on the number, weight, size, and destination of the boxes used to fulfill your order. We never charge more than the displayed shipping quote.

 

Order Tracking
You can track your order from our website. 
Just have your order number ready for reference.

 

Delivery Times
Your total delivery time is our processing time plus shipping time. Most in-stock orders will ship within 48 hours. During holiday seasons, expect delays. While we will try to minimize this, we will fill all orders in the order received. We will try to update our lead times according to our order load. Please check lead times frequently and include lead time plus shipping for estimated delivery date.


Incorrect Address / Non Deliverable / Refused Shipments
All returned orders will be handled in a timely manner. If the customer has made an address error, the customer is responsible for additional shipping costs. If the customer refuses shipment, the order is considered a return with a 15% restocking fee.

 

Product Return Policy

Just Imagine…offers only the finest quality handcrafted products. All products are carefully crafted and we strive to maintain excellent quality control. We want you to be 100% satisfied with our products, so please contact us immediately if there is a problem or a concern with your order.

Returns will be accepted only on defective products and must occur within 14 days of your shipment receipt. Product must be unused.  We are not responsible for shipping delays and cannot reimburse for return shipping expenses.

Note: Most products are made-to-order. Because different people have different likes and dislikes, we cannot accept returns on products simply because you do not care for the fragrance.

To return your order, please contact us via phone or email to obtain a return invoice number Once you have a return invoice number:

  • Place the original invoice (or a copy) inside the shipping box.
  • Clearly PRINT the return invoice number on your shipping box .
  • Ship the box to our business address marked “Returns.”

Exchanges

While we do not offer refunds if you simply don’t care for the fragrance; we will be happy to exchange the product for you at your request. Simply return the product to us in its original condition.  Customer is responsible for return shipping expense.  Clearly mark your invoice with the product number and SKU that you wish to exchange the item for, as well as any price difference.
